For every industry

The quote that comes out of your inbox.

A request comes in, the missing details are asked for, the proposal is ready in your layout — and followed up if it goes quiet. You review and send.

Three steps. You do the first and the last.

  1. 1

    The request comes in

By email, through your website or passed on after a phone call. Everything the customer already told you — how many, which date, what they want — is in that text.

  2. 2

    What is missing gets asked

One email back, in your tone, with exactly the two or three things still needed. Not a form with twenty fields.

  3. 3

    The proposal is ready

In your layout, with your rates and terms. You review it, change what you want, and send it. And if it goes quiet, a reminder goes out on its own.

Worked example

For hospitality it is on the site from start to finish: a group request for thirty people that becomes a quote in four emails, with the customer's phone next to the venue's laptop.

Integrations

Works with what you already use.

Phone, mail and chat are taken over and passed on to the systems your business already runs on: reservations, calendar, guest records and till.

What gets connected depends on your setup. For a pilot, no integration is needed.

Four questions about automated quotes.

Does this work for my industry?

If you write quotes based on what a customer tells you, yes. The principle is the same for a painter, a contractor, a design studio or a restaurant: pull what belongs on the quote from the request, ask for what is missing, draft it with your rates. For hospitality it is worked out on the site; for other industries we set it up together.

How does it know what something costs?

From your own rates, packages or price list. We set those up at the start; after that every quote is calculated with them. A request that does not fit ends up with you, along with everything that is already known.

Do I keep my own layout?

Yes. The proposal comes in your template, with your logo and your terms — for example the template you downloaded on this site.

What does it cost?

The MASO Start package begins at 199 euro per month. For solutions outside hospitality and leisure we quote based on what is needed.
